1. Mash up the blueberries with a fork, then separate into two bowls.
2. Sprinkle in the chia, then stir through the buttermilk and maple syrup. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
3. Remove from the fridge and decorate ornately with the kiwi, banana and any other rogue blueberries which remain. Feel all smug and delighted before hitting the gym.
